Portfolio Management

• Collect and analyze of real estate market information.


• Create and manage financial models, valuation, sensitivity tables, and other financial analyses required for evaluation.


• Complete feasibility studies using the financial models. Adapt the financial models for different feasibility studies


• Prepare Investment Memorandums and related materials through market research, risk


• analysis, and in-depth understanding of investment factors


• Analyze, underwrite, report and interpret financial and operating data of investment opportunities for the development of real estate include residential, commercial, hospitality and theme park, across all property types, investment structures, and risk profiles


• Other ad-hoc tasks by Director.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economic/ Finance/ Accounting

• Understanding of basic real estate terms and concepts, investment finance concepts

• Good experience in data collection and database management

• Experience in real estate/banking/securities is preferred

• Excellent PC skills, advanced Excel

• Proficient in English

• Ability to work independently, high pressure

• Ability to work collaboratively
