Position: Sale & CS (shift-based)

As a Sales & Customer Service team member, you will serve as the first point of contact for online customers. You’ll help guide purchase decisions, resolve inquiries, and ensure each customer enjoys a warm, engaging, and consistent experience. This is a shift- based role with a 7- hour workday and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for customer care. This position is open to university students and fresh graduates with a can- do attitude and a willingness to learn. Comprehensive training will be provided. Key Responsibility:

Online Sales Consultation & Order Conversion
Guide potential customers through the purchase process and close sales efficiently.
Engage with customers via online channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.
Provide timely product consultations tailored to customer needs.
Sales Reporting & Target Tracking
Accurately record daily sales performance and customer interactions.
Update internal tracking sheets or CRM tools as required.
Monitor progress against weekly/monthly sales targets and proactively adjust strategies to meet goals.
Customer Follow- up & Relationship Building
Maintain a friendly, brand- consistent tone to build trust and long- term relationships.
Reach out to new customers post- purchase to understand their buying motivations and satisfaction levels.
Provide thoughtful follow- up and personalized care to convert first- time buyers into loyal customers.

Requirements:

Patient, proactive, and service- oriented.
Strong written communication in Vietnamese; English is a plus.
Tech- savvy with the ability to navigate social platforms and order systems efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Available to work full- time in a 7- hour shift, including weekends and holidays
