Post Technician - Kỹ Thuật Viên Hậu Kỳ

Responsible for managing, operating, and supervising all activities of the Post- Production Technical Team, ensuring that data processing, quality control, and final delivery are performed accurately, on schedule, and in compliance with both Sky FilmLab’s technical standards and international platform requirements.
- Coordinate and assign tasks within the technical team to ensure all projects and deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Handle and convert various file formats while ensuring compliance with international technical specifications (format, codec, resolution, frame rate, audio channels, subtitles, metadata, etc.) and any client- or platform- specific requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments (Post Producer, Localization, Finishing, etc.) to develop, refine, and implement new technical workflows in alignment with Sky FilmLab’s standards.
- Manage and operate the full post- production technical workflow, including ingest, organization and systemization of source materials, technical processing, quality control (QC), and final delivery to clients.
- Stay updated on emerging post- production technologies, software, and workflows; propose and apply innovations to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Represent the Technical Department in liaising with other internal departments and external partners, taking ownership of all technical matters.

Là người chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, vận hành và giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động của nhóm Kỹ thuật hậu kỳ (Technical Team), đảm bảo các quy trình xử lý dữ liệu, kiểm soát chất lượng và bàn giao thành phẩm được thực hiện chính xác, đúng tiến độ và đạt tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của Sky FilmLab cũng như các nền tảng quốc tế:
* Nhiệm vụ chính:
- Quản lý và vận hành quy trình kỹ thuật hậu kỳ, bao gồm: tải dữ liệu đầu vào (ingest), tổ chức và hệ thống hóa tài liệu, thực hiện xử lý kỹ thuật, kiểm tra chất lượng (QC) và xuất bản thành phẩm cuối cùng (final delivery) đến khách hàng.
- Điều phối và phân công công việc trong nhóm kỹ thuật, đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng của tất cả các đơn hàng/dự án theo yêu cầu.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác (Post Producer, Localization, Finishing, v.v.) để phát triển, cải tiến và ứng dụng các quy trình kỹ thuật (workflow) mới phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn của Sky FilmLab.
- Theo dõi và cập nhật các công nghệ, phần mềm, kỹ thuật hậu kỳ mới nhất trên thế giới; đề xuất ứng dụng phù hợp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ và hiệu suất làm việc.
- Đại diện phòng Kỹ thuật trong việc phối hợp, trao đổi, và chịu trách nhiệm kỹ thuật với các phòng ban khác trong công ty, cũng như với đối tác khi cần.
- Xử lý và chuyển đổi nhiều định dạng file khác nhau, đáp ứng các yêu cầu kỹ thuật quốc tế (format, codec, resolution, frame rate, audio channel, subtitle, metadata…) và các tiêu chuẩn riêng của từng khách hàng hoặc nền tảng phát hành (nếu có).

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in post- production, film technical processing, or in studios providing localization, mastering, and finishing services.
- Proficient in Quality Control (QC), Mastering, and Delivery workflows for platforms such as Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, or theatrical releases.
- Preferably experienced working in an international Post Production House or Media Company.
- Strong understanding of codecs, file formats, containers, metadata, and international video/audio standards (Dolby, MXF, ProRes, DCP, etc.).
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Film & Television, Audio- Visual Engineering, Multimedia, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Thorough knowledge of international video/audio compression standards (ProRes, DNxHR, H.264, IMF, Dolby Atmos, etc.).
- Proficient in major post- production software (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, Avid, ProTools, Media Encoder, etc.).
- Systematic, logical, and meticulous mindset; able to work effectively under pressure.
- Good command of technical English (able to read documents and communicate at a basic professional level).
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem- solving skills in technical operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with other departments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and accurately.
- Solid understanding of color pipeline, metadata management, QC processes, and master delivery workflows for OTT platforms.
- Highly detail- oriented, well- organized, and capable of multitasking to manage multiple services and clients simultaneously.

Kinh nghiệm & Bằng cấp:
- Nắm rõ về: Codec, định dạng file, container, metadata, chuẩn hình ảnh và âm thanh quốc tế (Dolby, MXF, ProRes, DCP...).
- Có ít nhất 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực hậu kỳ, kỹ thuật xử lý phim hoặc các studio cung cấp dịch vụ bản địa hóa, mastering, finishing.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học các ngành liên quan: Điện ảnh – Truyền hình, Kỹ thuật hình ảnh – âm thanh, Multimedia hoặc tương đương.
- Thành thạo các quy trình QC (Quality Control), Mastering, và Delivery cho các nền tảng như Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, hoặc rạp chiếu phim.
- Ưu tiên người đã từng làm việc trong môi trường Post Production House hoặc Media Company quốc tế.
Kỹ năng & Năng lực:
- Thành thạo các phần mềm hậu kỳ thông dụng (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, Avid, ProTools, Media Encoder, v.v.)
- Có tư duy hệ thống, logic, tỉ mỉ và chịu được áp lực cao.
- Làm việc chi tiết với khả năng tổ chức và đa nhiệm để quản lý nhiều dịch vụ và khách hàng khác nhau.
- Khả năng giải quyết sự cố kỹ thuật nhanh chóng và chính xác.
- Có kiến thức về color pipeline, metadata, QC và quy trình xuất master cho các nền tảng OTT.
- Kỹ năng quản lý nhóm, lập kế hoạch và xử lý tình huống kỹ thuật.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp với các bộ phận khác.
- Tiếng Anh kỹ thuật khá (đọc hiểu tài liệu, giao tiếp công việc cơ bản).
- Hiểu rõ các chuẩn nén video/audio quốc tế (ProRes, DNxHR, H.264, IMF, Dolby Atmos...)
