PQA Supervisor (New Job)

Support production to drive corrective action when nonconformity product detected at IPQC/ OQC.
Perform process, product audits.
Prepare and report COPQ by monthly.
Prepare Control plan, Visual standard & Working instruction.
Leading and allocating the daily work for IPQC, OQC group
Train for operators/ inspectors follow control points as defined in-process control plan.
Work with related teams to improve quality of products, process.
Feedback quality issue of material to IQA team.
Perform defect analysis reporting.
Monitor and drive the corrective actions to improve the quality yield. Implement actions necessary to achieve planned quality objectives..

- Education and Experience Required: University/ Business understanding is necessary, prefer in Electronic/ Mechanical/ Chemical.
- 03 years working experience as same position, prefer in injection/ harness manufacturing.
- Knowledge Required: 7 Q tools, 5 core tools, data analysis, G R&R, ISO 9001, 8D method, …
