PR Buyer (Procurement Specialist)

The PR Buyer executes the sourcing strategy at local level and is the interface with local/overseas suppliers and sites.

Drives local change management and continuous improvements projects to improve suppliers’ QDCIS performances.
Manages local/overseas, plant specific suppliers.
Key procurement interface with local stakeholders and act as first escalation interface to handle local issue.
Strategies, Negotiation for Tail spend materials for the respective region.
Key participant in the IBP Process of the region

Responsibilities:

Drives the local change management which regards to QDCIS projects, supports and drives Value Engineering savings projects locally. Drives Material cost reduction initiatives locally
Procurement sustainability (to support Ecovadis or TFS assessment program)
Manages local, plant specific suppliers
Supply management
Supplier performance tracking and assessment as company policy
Contributes to regional or global sourcing strategies with local requirements
Acts as the first escalation interface to handle local/oversea supplier issues
Management of Tail spend
Is key- interface with local stakeholders at site; Supply Chain, RD&I, Local Business
Contributes to and leads local continuous improvement/ ALPS projects
Vendor master data management
Transferring projects or localization projects
Is responsible for the local/import delivery of sourcing strategy
Management of Price list in each of material via working with sourcing/P2I team to make sure price set up on time and rightly
Is responsible for commercial negotiations only if delegated by a Sourcing Director

Professional

Successful, multi- year track record in Procurement and Supplier Management
Bachelor Degree required (Additional degree in Materials & Purchasing Management, International trade is preferred)

Local language and good command of English
