PR & Content Planning Executive- a hands- on storyteller who can ideate, produce, and deliver creative content across multiple channels. From writing press releases and managing social media to editing videos, creating basic visual assets, and updating website content, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s digital presence and elevating its voice in the luxury fashion industry.
Content Strategy & Planning
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Develop monthly content calendars and plan communication strategies across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo, Website, etc.).
Research fashion trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to propose relevant and engaging content directions.
Content Creation & Execution
Copywriting: Write and edit high- quality content including social media captions, press releases, newsletters, product descriptions, blog articles, and campaign messages.
Video Editing: Conceptualize, shoot (if required), and edit short- form video content (TikTok/Reels) aligned with brand tone and seasonal campaigns.
Basic Design: Create simple visual assets such as social media posts, stories, and templates using Canva or similar tools (no advanced graphic design required).
Publishing: Schedule, upload, and manage content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
Website Management: Update product highlights, campaign banners, and blog articles on the brand website or CMS platform.
Campaign & Brand Communication
Translate brand identity and campaign messages into impactful storytelling across channels.
Draft and distribute press releases, PR articles, and other brand communication materials.
Collaborate closely with the Brand, Design, and Performance teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual alignment.
Support integrated campaigns by contributing to influencer content, e- commerce messaging, and digital storytelling.
Mix & Match & Creative Projects
Create weekly “Mix & Match” content highlighting seasonal products and styling ideas.
Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for TikTok videos, editorial features, and trend- based content.
Propose and execute new content formats to enhance audience engagement and brand awareness.
