Pr & Content Planning Supervisor

Content management
· Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
· Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand- focused messages.
· Coordinates social media messaging with performance team, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.
PR Management
· Join hands with the team in order to build strong relationship with media partners, translate all brands & PR materials, develop the press release and others PR tactics to help leverage the brand’s performance & company reputation within local market.
Product Mix Match
· Coordinate with Performance to define Target Audience for each Mix Match collection.
· Come up with Mix Match ideas for brands.
· Coordinate with Design and Content to create Mix Match images, collection each week.
Social media report and monitoring & Social media management

Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Knowledge:
· Knowledge in luxury fashion brands is a preferable.
· Knowledge of digital & social media market.
Experience:
· Experienced of creating and implementing plans, setting budgets & strong follow- ups.
· At least 3 years of experience working in social media role, preferably in fashion, cosmetic or media field.
Skill/ competence:
· Good sense of content creating, story- telling & presentation skills.
· Proven track record of delivering results in ambiguous situations & ability to self- manage and prioritize work to deliver on key goals.
· Proven ability to cultivate and sustain professional working relationships with different parties (both internal & external)
A big plus if you are a responsive, agile, detail- orientated, well- organized & teamwork player.
