Management and Organization of Programs: Networking and Outreach: Establish and nurture relationships with various organizations and institutions, and implement promotional campaigns across different communication channels to secure a steady stream of participants for programs; Attendance Tracking: Record and manage attendance data for trainees in programs, including live participation and post- class views; Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and procurement of equipment and utensils, ensuring the cooking studio operates in optimal condition for online classes; Operations: Conduct programs, including live streaming, collaborating with media agencies, providing technical support, facilitating interactive activities, and encouraging participants to practice; Reporting: Summarize and report on the outcomes of programs. 2. Management of Communication Channels for programs: Channel Administration: Manage and enhance communication platforms for the programs (fanpage, website, Facebook group, YouTube, email, phone, etc.); Content Strategy: Develop and propose a content plan related to programs, the company, and its products for distribution across communication channels and owned media; Media Production: Create and produce videos, images, and other media materials for posting on communication platforms related to programs; Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries and provide accurate, up- to- date information about programs and company products through the relevant communication channels. 3.
