*PR and Marketing:
· Maintaining strong connections with media representatives
· Building impactful public relations strategies that shape the public perception of the organization
· Assisting the top management in the development and implementation of promotional strategies across all marketing channels
· Analyzing the market to identify the target audience and current market trends
· Managing a team of Public Relations Specialists and assisting in the creation of press releases and social media posts that preserve the organization’s reputation
· Responding to media inquiries for information release
· Assessing [the product/service] to determine if any adjustments are needed to match customers’ demands statistics
· Ensuring a positive public image and consistent media coverage of our company’s initiatives/programs/actions and objectives
· Overseeing all marketing activities related to advertisement and sales promotion
*Branding:
· Monitor and report the campaign effectiveness.
· Anticipate risks to take timely measures.
· Ensure harmony between the brand personality and the company&039;s vision, mission, goals and strategies.
· Planning a positioning strategy.
· Analyze the market to position the brand and identify the insight of target customers.
· Come up with ideas for the brand communication campaigns.
*Digital Marketing:
· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and make data- driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads.
· Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to digital marketing and ensure compliance in all activities.
· Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
· Collaborate with cross- functional teams, such as sales, and IT, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development.

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or similar
· Budget management skills
· In- depth understanding of social media
· Outstanding analytical skills being able to foresee challenges and come up with solutions
· 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or public relations managerial roles
· Communicate fluently in English.
· First- class written and spoken communication
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
