Pre-Sales Director

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of an international financial services solutions company. Our highly respected client is seeking a Pre-Sales Director. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

The Pre-Sales Directorwill be responsible for driving company’s business development activities of a new fintech solution for banking and financing industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage accounts during project implementation by communicating frequently with the IT Project Manager


• To overall ensure the customer satisfaction of level 1 technical support


• To promote and sell company’s technology solutions to banks and other financial institutions in Vietnam; provide business development plan for market expansion in Vietnam/SEA


• To actively provide feedback and drive customization of our products to fit the Vietnam context


• To build strong relationships with decision makers in the Vietnam financial services industry


• To build market intelligence of the Vietnamese financial services industry


• Create the necessary materials (PowerPoint, Excel) to explain our solutions and demonstrate their value in a business case

• 3-5 years’ experience as B2B software Engineer or similar software engineering role, preferably in customer lending platform in banking sectors


• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems


• Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills


• Working knowledge of credit score model, E-KYC system, lending application platform, customer database management


• Prefer to have working experience on Java, Python language and MS SQL


• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English


• Team Spirit, problem-solving attitude, client-service oriented 


• Prefer BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
