Pre - Sales Technician (Dell & Lenovo)

- Provide first- level technical support for solution evaluations.
- Organize, plan, implement, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre- sales engagement for to ensure the technical consulting.
- Conduct and lead partners/customer onsite solution evaluation.
- Be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team.
- Contribute to the technical & competence development of employees by providing information transfer to internal teams.
- Participate in sales calls and on- site visits.
- Prepare functional requirements, and functional specifications and assist in the Project’s statement- of- work documents in support of system quotations

- Ability to successfully navigate and relate to varying levels in technical functions at customer sites
- At least 02 year in similar position
- Bachelor degrees in the major related to Computer Engineering or the relevant
- Good communication & presentation ability in both English and Vietnamese.
- Having technical knowledge about Dell/ Lenovo products

- Parking allowance/month + Medical allowance/year
- Free clothing,but suitable to office working environments
- Basic Salary: 500- 550$ + commissions
- SI Contribution subject to Vietnam Labor Code
- 13th month salary + revenue bonus subject to company’s policies
