Presale - Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure
Provides coaching and professional training to team- member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
Coordinates closely with internal sales, product department, support team, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
Proactively scopes the technical solutions needed to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channels, or teams supported.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle peak volumes of work.
Skilled in customer relations, strong business planning and implementation skills.
Good communication skills. Ability to project a strong leadership image and foster a cooperative working relationship with management and colleagues.
Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems.
Well- developed written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
At least 3 years’ experience in CCTV/enterprise network related industry, have experience in leading large projects;
