Presales Support Specialist (IT Services)

• Attend client meetings alongside sales teams to explain the proposed technical approach, answer solution- related queries, and build confidence in our capability.
• Participate in scope discovery meetings with prospects as requested
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client requirements and goals
• Other tasks assigned
• Prepare presentations, reports, and pitch decks for client meetings.
• Maintain an internal knowledge base of case studies, solution templates, and presales assets.
• Assist to develop, design, document and deliver scope of works, hour/cost estimates, professional proposals that meets the requirements of global enterprise clients.
• Proactively build relationships with customers to become a trusted partner.
• Support cost estimation, resource planning, and timeline drafting

• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Strong problem- solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English or Korean is a must
• Good foundational knowledge of IT industry concepts.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a presales, solution consultant, sales support or IT project support role—ideally within a digital agency or technology services company
• Prior experience working at top consulting firms (e.g., EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG) is a strong advantage
• Having knowledge of technical aspects is a great advantage (cloud platforms, software integration methods, software architecture, etc.)
• Detail- oriented, well- organized, and deadline- driven.
