Preventive Maintenance Manager

Analyse resource usage (spare part, consumable,...) performance and suggest for adjustment if needed.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define maintenance schedules, tasks, and procedures.
Provide training and guidance to maintenance teams on preventive maintenance procedures and best practices.
Establish and maintain a risk register to track and prioritize preventive maintenance efforts.
PM Reporting (daily/weekly/monthly basis, other report as require). Generate regular reports for management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Monthly evaluation of subcontractors of PM part
Maintain an accurate inventory of site assets, including equipment specifications, maintenance history, and replacement schedules.
Implement and oversee an efficient asset tracking system to facilitate preventive maintenance activities. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential points of failure and develop strategies to mitigate risks through preventive maintenance measures.
Supervise subcontractor management in order to fulfill the preventive maintenance KPI, PM punchlist clearance.
Review plan and execute preventive maintenance activities for telecom, power and infrastructure system at sites.
Perform PM quality inspection for subcontractor and propose improvement plan.

Strong background in preventive maintenance, a deep understanding of telecom systems, and the ability to optimize maintenance processes to ensure the reliability of our customer network.
Capable of listening, speaking, reading, writing and in English. Can speak Chinese is a plus point.
Have a hard- working and dedicated spirit, proactive with good stress tolerance
