Preventive Maintenance Manager

JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for PM (Preventive Maintenance) data management and maintenance capacity achievements
- Analysis and recommendations on investment in equipment technology, investment and management methods to ensure enough machinery and equipment for the company&039;s development strategy and effectively optimize investment costs
- Planning policies, strategies, regulations and maintenance planning methods
- Set goals and organize the implementation of TPM (Total productive maintenance) projects for factories
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Coordinate with superior to prepare and control budget of department
- Organize the construction/revision of safety inventory to ensure equipment operates effectively.
- Organize construction and inspection according to strategic plans to control and detect equipment abnormalities ly
- Plan maintenance strategy and implementation. Analyse problem root cause of machinery breakdown and provide corrective actions, preventive action to ensure productivity and product’s quality.
- Implement consistent maintenance strategies with the maintenance department for each type of equipment to ensure equipment is maintained effectively.
- Set goals and mid- term and long- term plans for TPM projects for factories.
- Organize and implement TPM projects for factories in the group to ensure resources for effective asset use.- Conduct training on Autonomous Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance programs for production and maintenance management levels

ExperienceWorking experience: 3- 5 year- experience in the similar position in manufacturing company or related industry.

EducationA Bachelor or higher level with a major in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, or related Industrial Engineering.

PLC programing experience.
Computer skill: Microsoft office.
Knowledge
Control maintenance expences in budget monthly and yearly
Functional Skills
TPM implementation experience.
Good at English communications, good at Speaking and writing is a must
Lean Six Sigma certified and knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 22000, 14001 and 45001 is a plus
Build competency framework and training plan for direct report. KPI tracking and report weekly, monthly, and yearly
