Pricing Executive

- Make and maintain relationships with shipping lines, airlines and suppliers.
- Update prices for sales by week/month.
- Negotiate with agents to get the best price for company. Look for new agents to improve service and reduce costs.
- Contact and check prices with carriers & forwarders: shipping lines, airlines, agents to make price list, quote for sales.
- Coordinate with sales and CS department to advise clients.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve and meet clients&039; requirements.
- Get to know the working rules of Vendor as well as come up with a plan to coordinate with the Sales department to get the best price from Vendor. Increase the success rate in bidding and booking for Sales department.
- Other duties assigned by Manager.
- Report periodically as required by higher level.

Education:
- Have knowledge of logistics or companies specializing in forwarder.
- Have knowledge of forwarding (sea freight, air freight), import- export, transportation, customs.
- Graduated from college and up majoring in Foreign trade, economics, finance- customs, transportation or other related majors.
Working Experience:
- Good MS Office.
- Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred.
- Priority is given to experience of North America and Europe routes both sea/air.
- 1- 2 years of relevant working experience in the freight forwarding or import- export industry.
