Pricing Manager

A member of Stavian Group, specializing in Logistics Services is looking for a Pricing Manager who will:

Analyse market trends, assist in provide pricing strategies for BOD.
Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and in being the role model of integrity and pride for all employees.
Directly manage Pricing Department to achieve the department’s KPI on freight target, timeline and service quality.
Record and analyze monthly report on volume, price and operation effectiveness.
Monitor payments, Credit/Debit with carriers/agents/vendors
Work closely with other departments within the company to provide satisfying service to customers
Build strong relationship with current & potential agent/forwarder/shipping lines, especially develop strategic relationships with the "core" carriers
Develop agent network and oversea branch of OPL Logistics
Be responsible for compliance and quality issues for the ocean product of the department
Be responsible for the training and development of pricing staff
Proactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.

Experience
At least 5 years working in Forwarder/Logistics Company, and 2 years in similar position.
Skills
- Good commnunication, negotiation & analysis skill
- Excellent customer service attitude and leadship skill
- Have a strong command of English especially in communication
- Work independently or in a group with high pressure
Qualification
At least university graduated, majoring in Business, Economics, Maritime, or other related fields.
