Pricing /Procurement Executive (Freight FWD)

- Answer rate requests coming from the global Rhenus network within the timeframe.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and Rhenus branches
- Keep a record of, monitor and follow up on rate requests
- Inquire rates with suppliers and global Rhenus branches for all modes of international transport as well as domestic trucking, and customs services.
- Handover quotes to the operations team
- Working closely with the sales team to win new business. Provide input on customer- specific transportation solutions.
- Other tasks designed by superior
- Update rate tables in the system
- Prepare quotes for Rhenus Vietnam sales team using standard templates and formats.

- Bachelor Degree
- Knowledge in Import- Export operation, shipping documents and customs procedure
- Existing relationships with carriers
- At least 03 year- working experience in forwarding company.
- Be a team player, detailed and accurate
- Sincere and long- term development of the company
