To aid the English language content creation team on Atlantic’s Five- Star in- school programme and contribute to lesson and materials production as the company expands and updates its ESL Primary in- school programme
Role Overview
The Five- Star in- school programme is currently in a phase of updating and reworking our general English courses that will be delivered to Primary learners (aged 6- 11) in public schools by Atlantic. Over the course of the 3 months, Atlantic will be redesigning its Primary curriculum, aiming to supply Vietnamese students with a comprehensive language learning solution that meets the needs of students and allows teachers to teach effectively and to a specific standardized level. The main aims are to provide students with a solid understanding of Use of English and prepare them for official Cambridge Young learner examinations.
Key responsibilities
The Content Developer (CD) will be tasked with assisting the Academic Director (AD) and project coordinator with developing and reviewing lesson plans, materials and resources within expected deadlines.
1 Develop curriculum for new product according to company business direction and market trends. This includes:
course content (outline provided),
learning resources,
curriculum and syllabus,
any other necessary materials for the courses offered.

Design materials for this YL course (ages 6- 11). This includes creating 1 pack per lesson, consisting of
supplementary in- class materials,
suggested homework from available online materials.
teacher- ready slides,
extra practice material for parents to use with students at home
sample lesson plans and frameworks,

Follow company procedures and respond to feedback
Attending occasional meetings with the R&D team and other departments for feedback.
Making adjustments based on feedback provided by management.
Organizing the created lessons and resources on the company drive provided.
Uploading lessons to a shared drive for review.
The above duties may be revised in light of changing circumstances by mutual agreement between the company and the CD.
