Principal Engineer (Engineering Lead)

Job titles: Technical Architect, Engineering Lead
Job level: Principal Engineer
Roles:

Design, optimize and execute an efficient engineering process (tasks allocation strategies, code review policies, etc.)
Create strong team collaboration, culture with your leadership and management.
Direct, lead the design and development of our digital commerce platform, and keep enhancmenet of tech stack and frameworks.
Ensure maintainability, reliability, and extendability of all components across multiple teams (following scrum/agile approach).
Report to the CTO or COO.

Requirements:

Solid grasp on good software engineering practices such as code reviews, deep focus on quality and documentation.
Great team spirit and solution- oriented attitude.
Knowledgeable of cyber security and data privacy.
Had strong capability of technology and solution evaluation.
Had hands- on experiences being an architect, designing and building ecommerce platforms (B2C or B2B/B2B2C) or similar product.
Ideally 10- 15 years in total experience in engineering and solution architecture design for complex platform product, especially master with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Elasticsearch, K8s, NoSQL…
