Principal Hybrid QA/QC EngineerfreeC's Client

Build and maintain end- to- end automation frameworks, overseeing both implementation and continuous operation.
Strengthen QA visibility through data- driven reporting and continuous improvement of testing performance metrics.
Support and mentor other QA engineers by conducting reviews, providing guidance, and organizing relevant training sessions.
Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high- quality, stable, and scalable software products.
Function as a hybrid QA, actively contributing to the development of automation test scripts for assigned projects.
Execute and manage testing activities from initial planning to final delivery, maintaining clear tracking and reporting of identified issues.
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy with a strong focus on test automation, ensuring improved efficiency and minimized defect rates across the project lifecycle.
Contribute ideas and initiatives that enhance the company’s QA/QC standards and community.
Review and analyze product requirements to ensure full understanding and alignment; proactively raise and clarify any ambiguities.
Continuously refine processes, promote best practices, and share technical insights with team members.
Design effective and detailed test cases by applying deep knowledge of both product requirements and testing methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in web application testing with a strong understanding of QA principles and test design techniques.
Proficiency in test automation, including hands- on experience with testing frameworks and programming languages (Playwright preferred).
Solid experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Background working in Agile or cross- functional teams, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration.
Familiarity with issue and test management tools such as Jira or TestRail.
Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
Proactive, open- minded, and passionate about quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Experience in performance testing or security testing is an advantage.
Possession of an ISTQB certification or equivalent credential is a plus.
Prior experience leading a QA team of 5 or more members is highly desirable.
