Primary Responsibilities:
Main responsibility：
负责建立和维护车间的工艺流程，优化制程，提高产能。
Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the workshop process, optimizing the process, and increasing the production capacity.
The arrangement, tracking, feedback and improvement of trial production of new products to ensure the smooth transition from trial production to mass production.
新产品试产的安排、跟踪、反馈、改善，确保新产品试产到批量生产的顺利过渡。
Prepare and make the drawings in the production process of new products, BOM, SOP and other process documents, leading the establishment of tooling and fixture, mold, production line layout.
准备及制作新产品生产过程中的图纸，BOM，SOP等工艺文件，主导工装夹具、模具、产线布局的建立。
Manufacturing process setup, maintenance, and improvement.
工艺流程的建立,维护与改善。
Solving various manufacturing process problems in the production process, and maintain the production of the production line;
解决生产过程中各种制程异常问题的跟进处理, 维持生产线的生产。
Lead the continuous process improvement opportunities and taking action to implement them using the appropriate tools / processes; i.e., DOE, PFMEA.
使用合理方法如DOE，PFMEA等优化制程，持续改进。
Optimize the assembly of the production line, improve the product quality and production efficiency.
优化生产线的装配治具，提高产品质量和生产效率。
Prepare operation instructions according to the actual production line, and conduct training and assessment for shop floor workers;
根据生产线实际作业编写作业指导书, 并对员工进行相应的培训和考核。
Analyze and solve quality problems and customer complaint problems together with quality and relevant departments, and urge the production line to implement improvement measures.
会同质量和相关部门对质量问题、客诉问题等进行分析解决，并督促产线执行改善措施。
According to the requirements of the headquarters, responsible for production line transfer, production line establishment of the target factory, equipment planning, process transformation, including trial production of the transfer destination, and mass production tracking.
根据总部需求，负责生产线转移，目的工厂的生产线建立，设备策划，工艺转化，包括转移目的地的试产，量产跟踪。
Complete other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
处理主管安排的其他事项。

职位要求：
Job requirement：
Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering related degree.
本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业
More than 3 years of electronic connector industry manufacturing background.
3 年以上电子/连接器行业制造背景
Proficient in CAD and Office software.
熟练运用CAD和Office软件
Understand SPC/FMEA/CPK/Control Plan/Flow Chart/Minitab.
了解SPC/FMEA/CPK/Control Plan/Flow Chart/Minitab
Understand the connector electrical performance / environment test / stamping process / injection process / plating process.
对连接器的电气性能/环境测试/冲压工艺/注塑工艺/电镀工艺都有相应的了解。
Have an excellent communication skill.
有优秀的沟通技巧
Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese is preferred.
英语听说读写熟练，会中文者优先
