Process Engineer (Blown Film)

The individual will actively participate in production activities by revising process and developing procedures that facilitate the adoption of standardized processes to ensure the safe production of the brand high- quality products in compliance with legal requirements. The function closely cooperates with other relevant departments such as Technical Development, R&D, Quality and will be directly presenting detailed reports to management for overall production efficiency evaluation.
Our Partner seeks an accomplished Process Engineer with experience in the flexible packaging industry. This role is focused on utilizing strong engineering skills to evaluate, control, implement, and enhance processes, with the aim of reducing operational costs, improving productivity, and maintaining process stability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Developing and improving production processes for effectiveness and consistency.
· Leading team in implementing various Kaizen projects.
· Training employees and monitoring operations to maintain standardized processes and achieve process stability.
· Analyzing and identifying causes of production process problems, proposing solutions, and implementing them.
· Making reports as requested by management and making sure they are accurate, up- to- date and delivered in a timely manner.
· Working with R&D and Technical Development to ensure that the development of new products and raw materials aligns with sustainable systems and procedures.
· Coordinating with relevant departments, regions, and segments to drive efficient practices and reduce losses.
· Designing or improving machine in the production line to enhance product quality and productivity.
· Performing other tasks that may be assigned by direct Manager.
· Addressing any equipment- related issues that emerge.
· Consulting with machine manufacturers and conducting experiments to determine the optimal settings for the machines, aiming to correct or enhance the production process.

· Good knowledge of Kaizen and other Continuous improvement principles.
· Engineering background with 02- 04 years of working experience in the role of process engineer and proven track record in blown film extrusion or film converting, preferably in the flexible packaging industry.
· Analytical thinking and problem- solving skills.
· Good knowledge of BRC, 5S, HACCP, GMP and ISO system build- up process
· Experience in coordinating with different departments to solve problems in an efficient manner.
· Strong theoretical and operational experience with blown film extrusion machinery and other related machinery.
· Good communication skills.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
