Process Engineer (Electrical/ Mechanical) Makino Vietnam Co., Ltd

Design and prepare the necessary fixture/toolings for production usage purpose
Conduct kaizen activities for ASM assembly process
Provide sustaining Engineering support to CNC machinery /sub- unit assembly process
Support new product introduction (NPI) and product transfer to China/India or other region company
Support manufacturing/assembly process improvement
Prepare PDR Report for daily ASM noncompliance parts rejection
Prepare process manual and check sheet for production usage
Plan and execute activities with other department to ensure common goals are met
Review current assembly process regularly
Setup and maintain Bill of Material (BOM) and process routing in SAP system
Introduce/implement new technology/software on shopfloor to improve production efficiency
Provide support to Supplier/Vendor for related process establishment/control
Prepare the PCL documentation and fixtures/skid for completed machine shipment/blocking process
Maintain and ensure systems and procedures are in compliance with ISO, Regulatory and housekeeping requirements
Prepare DIR for the issues which raised by CUS and related to Product Quality
Support failure analysis and cost reduction through value engineering activities
Conduct cost down project with various department to meet the goal which set by management
Performs design and development engineering assignments related to activities for equipment and systems layouts in plant and production facilities.
Support all process validation activities
Support engineering activities to improve manufacturing operation key performance indicators such as quality, waste, efficiency
Prepare Supplier Quality Check Sheet to Supplier/SQE for FA (First Article) Items buy off

• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem- solving skills
• Knowledge of SQL, Share Points
• Experience in hands on and new technology introduction
• Able to lead, motivated, driven and good communication skills
• Knowledge or experience in CNC Machinery assembly process and automation is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/manufacturing engineering or related discipline or Diploma in related field with 3 years working experience
• Must be a team player with a sense of responsibility and urgency
• Must be good on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience in fixture/jig design
• Must be familiar with Solidworks, DWG Editor, SAP
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
