Process Engineer

Job Summary:

Be responsible for process monitoring & line trouble shooting
Be responsible to control and improve process document (Working Instruction, Process Manual)

Responsibilities:

Process document control: Process Manual, Working Instruction, TD (Technical Deviation), SOP.
Follow In- process reject daily, FPY monitoring, especially related to function test defect. Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution.
CIP for material & routing saving.
Drive Internal / External Benchmarking effort / activities.
Process & Quality improvement (Short and Long- term improvement)
Line analysis trouble shooting which related to process, material, and design.
IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line down follows up & improvement.
Line audit, Gemba Walk.
Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a team environment.
Able to identify the strengths and weakness of the multinational teams; define actions to improve the team skills, scope, and capability.
University bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering (ISE) or related.
3- 5 years of manufacturing experience with a multi- national company in Process Engineering or Production Engineering.
Understand UG / CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge.
Strong decision making with good analytical / problem solving skills.
Strong oral and written English skills, knowledge on Chinese would be advantageous.
