Process Engineer

We are looking for Process Engineer, working for FDI Battesies Manufacturing in Ha Nam:
Reports to: Quality Manager
​Responsibilities

Process and efficiency improvement, and Cost Reduction projects
Continuous improvement of equipment performance in terms of productivity, reliability and cost effectiveness
Review and monitor the processes in engineering department, initiate proposal and drive for improvement
Maintain the standard hour, BOM and routing of the ERP system.
Establish and maintain the material, production and packaging specification
Responsible for the packaging design and artwork print proof and sample verification

Requirement

Good command of written and spoken English
Result-oriented and with good sense of job accountability and integrity
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline
Excellent Microsoft Office application skills and experience in handling SAP
Self-motivated and capable to meet tight schedule
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing industry

The position is located in Ha Nam, Vietnam. The position may need to travel depends on business needs
