PROCESS ENGINEER LEADER

We provide shuttle bus from Bien Hoa/ Thu Duc/ Ba Ria to our Factory (Nhon Trach) for this position.

R&D for competitive products, processes, materials, and machines as well as patents.
Developing the process, design, and control project for product manufacturing.
Management, motivation, and development of subordinates.
Preparing high- quality samples during product development.
Supporting Production departments for Improvement of projects.
Analyzing the issues in product development, solve the issues with analytical thinking, and trial- out build and optimize the product aesthetic and dimensional.
Managing the Process Engineer Team in manpower and job allocation.
Responsible for management of Product Development, Engineering, Process Development, and Industrial Engineering Teams.

7 QC tools and other problem- solving techniques.
Experience in the Position of Technical Supervisor in the Automotive Industry, experience with Composites Materials for Automotive is a plus.
Good command of English, good computer skills MS (word, excel…).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or materials field.
Have good systematic thinking and analytical skills.
Good and strong leadership skills in communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and others are necessary to do this job without conflict.
Knowledge about 3D CAD Systems (NX, Catia, SolidWorks)
