Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents. Ultimately, your job is to maintain/improve the efficiency of production in order to reduce costs.

Set up standardized work processes / instructions for production. Set up production process for new product with highest efficiency
Coordinate relevant department to solve all issue of production related to production process
Coordinate with all Production Supervisors in updating the Control Panel
Regularly inspect the implementation of work processes / instructions, ensuring that the implementation is serious and maintained
Monitoring the efficiency of each stage / part and analyzing to improve them (eg: reducing downtime, increasing machine speed, improving conveying diagrams, etc.).
Coordinate with all Production Supervisors in planning and daily output goals; find out the cause of the unmet output.
Coordinate with Production Supervisor to assess the status of items in the production schedule.
Track material usage and analysis to maximize usage (eg, reduce waste).
Continuous improvement in activities focusing on areas: quality, output, delivery and cost reduction
Establish a process for operating steps and conduct a Time & Motion Study to determine standard labor time and machine power.
Make the job reports that the Production Manager requires.

Computer literacy especially Microsoft office, especial AutoCAD.
Understand about CNC and CNC Programming
English spoken fluency is a must and able to communicate to various position of the company
Self- starter person, when given clear directions and goals
Bachelor of Engineering. Applicants with Process management, Industrial Engineer,
Result oriented personality
