Knowledge of engineering:
- Knowledge of hydraulic calculations, valve and pump selection, and experience in creating process documents and drawings.
- Knowledge of simulation work such as fluid analysis.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings in English.
- Knowledge of piping drawings and isometric drawings, and the ability to create manufacturing drawings. Experience with JIS and PVC piping is an advantage.
- Familiarity with standards of materials used in structural design, storage tanks, vessels, and piping (JIS or equivalent standards).
- Ability to comprehend and create P&ID.
- Knowledge of process and process control.

Experience:
- Prefer candidates with over 2 years of EPC project experience in Process, and T&C positions across various industries, including water treatment, oil, and gas.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience in Japanese companies.
- Basic understanding of industrial standards, materials, P&ID, piping diagrams, isometric drawings, manufacturing drawings, hydraulic calculations, pump and valve selection, and familiarity with creating process documents/drawings is required. Experience with JIS and PVC piping is preferred.
Language:
- Ability to communicate in English
- Having proficiency in the Japanese language is an advantage
Technical competencies:
- Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Plant 3D, or Cardworks Plant.
- Familiar with MS Office
- Preferential treatment for familiarity with programming such as Python, and API programming such as Forge, Power BI, and VBA.
- Familiar with process software tools like Plant 3D P&ID and AVEVA P&ID.
