Process Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Activity and Work Planning

Develop and improve production processes to be effective and consistent
Analyze and find the causes of problems in the production process and proposed solutions and apply them into reality
Improve the design of equipment to support the process, such as designing a Jig fixture to set work faster, removing problems caused by machines.
Design or improve tools in the production line ready to be applied to achieve the qualitative and productive effectiveness of the product and easy- to- produce.
Coordinate with relevant departments, regional, segment and drive for efficient and effective practices and reduce losses.
Train employees and monitor operations in the production process to maintain standardized operations at all times and achieve process stability.

New Product Development / new machines

Consider parameters in case of new products, new formular or new raw materials in conjunction with R&D and Technical Development

Product Quality

Conduct experimental designs to find the optimum settings for the machine in terms of correction or improvement of the production process.
Talk to the machine manufacturer to find a way or technology to help improve the quality

Cost control

Leading the Kaizen teams, improvement teams

Report & Filling

Do reports as requested

Complementary Tasks

Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by direct Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

2- 4 years practical work experience in blown film extrusion or film converting preferred
