Process Engineer

- Conducting motion and method studies, as well as designing Jigs, fixtures, tables, and trolley bins to enhance efficiency and minimize waste in the production line.
- Overseeing the installation, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Utilizing statistical tools for process capability studies and to ensure process stability.
- Coordinating with the Quality Assurance team to develop and refine quality assurance protocols, ensuring alignment with production processes.
- Leading and mentoring a team of process technicians and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Collecting and analyzing production data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Preparing detailed reports on process performance and presenting findings to management for informed decision- making.
- Collaborating closely with the Research and Development team to ensure manufacturability of new designs and provide feedback on design for manufacturability.
- Preparing Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), and- Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) for both existing and future products.
- Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for process deviations to maintain consistency in production.
- Monitoring and improving the overall quality of the production process through continuous analysis and refinement.
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high- quality electric vehicle assembly.
- Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure all products meet specified standards.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Strong technical expertise with excellent design skills.
- Strong problem- solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver on commitments.
- Process Engineering professional with 3- 5 years of experience in Mechanical/ Automotive/ Process Engineering categories who has high technical expertise and an outstanding designing acumen and is willing to partner with the organization in innovation and excellence. Experience in tool design, fixture design is preferred.
- Experience in tool and fixture design is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross- functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Industrial Systems Engineer/ Design Engineer categories.
- Capable of working under pressure and managing risks proactively.
