Overview
Tackle top defects through proper root cause study and prevent re- occurrence through mistake- proofing methodology
Provide Engineering advise for improvements through evaluations and propose best solutions
Lead a team of Technical personnel in the Engineering Department.
Drive towards higher output, yield through deep analysis Engineering solutions
Process Control
Initiate process categorization so as to facilitate the problem solving process.
Monitor and improve the performance of machinery and processes through Design of Experiment (DOE), Statically Process Control (SPC), Gauge Repeatability and Reproductively studies (GR&R) and other relevant techniques to insure the process capability in producing parts to specification.
3 Provide hands- on engineering support to the operation.
Production part approval process
Involve in the transfer of new product and/or process line.
Coordinate the submission of samples for qualification on all new material, processes and/or product that is/are transferred.
Production
Install, maintain, convert and initiate proving in of production machinery.
Work with other function groups to improve machine cycle time through machine improvement project.

- Bachelor Degree in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering;
- Have experience in process engineering more than 5 years;
