Process Engineering Manager

Key responsibilities

Develop procedure and lead the team to develop production process according to product technical, identifying process condition 4Ms to ensure efficiency output including: on- time, Safety, Quality, Productivity, Efficiency and reliability
Creating and maintain all related documentation regarding to process and ensure updating
Establish plan and deploy continuous improvement plan cross functions to have a efficiency operation cost but no limit including: Kaizen, Performance improvement by applying Lean methodology.
Identify plan and executing, monitoring the plan to ensure meet the goals to align with company’s goals
Identify long term plan to develop the department to have capability to adapt with company growing including: People, System,
Ensure processes are implementing correctly and sustain, and deploying continuous improve plan to reduce production cost including: Routing, Material, consumable…
Develop and implement change management process to ensure all changing is viewed, evaluate and update to reduce risk of change to company performance
Leading, evaluation, feedback and motivate team
Training & coaching team to ensure team have capable to handle effective and efficiency job
Ensure document related are updated after change

Key skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management
>=5 year in same role in MNC
Lean Six Sigma
NVA, SVA, VA analysis
Furniture experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel, Data Analys
Basic English
Leadership, Change Management, Presentation
Time – Management, Problem Solving, Project Management
Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Process development, improvement (Must)
Routing, BOM, Process development, Process control,
Takt time, layout, process optimization through lean application
