Process Improvement Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain standard procedures for manufacturing processes.
Value Stream Maps, Kaizen Events, PDCA and strategy deployment activities.
Develop layouts for new products or style changes as necessary in coordination with Manufacturing.
Facilitate the identification of improvement opportunities by the development of
Provide trainings related to Lean Principles and Tools to all organizational levels of the plant.
Lead cost saving projects and kaizen implementation.
Maintain and develop, optimize plant layout efficiently, safely.
Become Change Agents and lead the Lean transformation culture.
Perform other related duties as required under the direction of the GMM.
Develop projects to improve the OEE and efficiency.
Promote Lean culture in the production and plant wide activities.
Maintain direct and indirect labor standards.
Lead the Plant continual improvement by the facilitation, training, and implementation of Lean Initiatives through all organizational levels.

REQUIREMENTS:

Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power BI, and PowerPoint)
Strength in Leadership and Management
Good English Language skills
Experience: At least 10 years working in a manufacturing environment preferably in engineering. Experience in garment manufacturing is a big advantage.
Works effectively with others.
Preferably with intimate apparel experience (not a must).
Strength in Passion for Achieving Results
Knowledge and experience in GSD driven approach
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
