Process QA

We are looking for process QAs who will help in reinforcing the software development process. You will do this through your deep understanding of the development process, providing internal audit, guidance throughout the project life cycle and involving in continuous improvement to adapt high quality delivery of our software services.
Responsibilities

Work closely with management and other departments to establish measurement & analysis systems to measure performance of projects.
Consult and guide project teams in defining/developing processes, procedure, guideline, templates, and checklist.
Involve in process improvement.
Audit and monitor the process compliance of projects in accordance with quality standard process.
Define the process for each type of project.

Ability to handle multitasks in dynamic environment
Excellent in English writing/reading
Analytical and quantitative oriented thinking
Having an interest and enthusiasm for understanding and defining the working process is a plus.
Excellent problem- solving skills
Experience in Agile/SCRUM
BS in Computer Science or related field

Salary: up to 30M
