Overview:
As a Process Quality Assistant Manager at our esteemed Hong Kong listed company in Hai Duong, Vietnam, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our electronic manufacturing processes. Leveraging your expertise in electronics, strong English language skills, and solid engineering background, you will contribute to enhancing our production processes to meet international standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control: Oversee quality control procedures at various stages of production, conducting thorough inspections, implementing corrective actions when necessary, and maintaining detailed records to track performance metrics.
Data Analysis: Utilize statistical tools and methods to analyze production data, identify trends, and generate insights to drive informed decision- making and facilitate proactive quality management strategies.
Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with relevant quality management standards, such as ISO and industry- specific regulations, and facilitate internal and external audits to assess compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with cross- functional teams to establish and enforce quality standards throughout the electronic manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to production staff on quality standards, procedures, and methodologies, fostering a culture of quality excellence and continuous learning within the organization.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement, and present findings to senior management to support strategic decision- making processes.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to streamline operations, minimize defects, and increase overall efficiency.
Supplier Management: Work closely with suppliers to evaluate the quality of incoming materials and components, establish quality agreements, and drive supplier performance improvements through effective communication and collaboration.
