Process Quality Assurance

Working with project manager (PM) to determine project development process base on Company process;
Reminding deadline for Project manager & team;
Meeting, reporting, other support if need;
Working with QA Leader to develop processes related to quality;
Recording and analyzing project database to identify areas for improvement in the quality
Supporting project to follow process which be defined;
Supporting project to manage customer complaint (investigate, define corrective/preventive action and follow up)
Raising project risk/issues; Following issues.
Auditing project weekly to ensuring project’s process;

Have Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, Scrum master certificate is a plus;
Have knowledge about implementation methodology such as ISO 27001, Scrum, Kaizen;
At least 2 years experience as PQA in software projects; Working with foreign customers.
Fluent in English, in both verbal and writing;
Bachelors of Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering degree or equivalent experience;
Can use Japanese is an advantage;

Working location: Song Da Building (HH4) Me Tri Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City, Vietnam
Working with people who have 8- 10 years of experience in the field of software, Software Architect position of the large systems.
Salary: Negotiate, 13 salary months/ year + Bonus
Guided intensive development of technology.
Working Time: Monday- Friday (8:30- 17:45)
