Process Quality Assurance ( IT Industry)

Develop, implement, and manage processes execution to ensure the quality of software packages before releasing to customers.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing project key metrics, database.
Review client, customer, and user feedback.
Forecast project issues, project risks; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
Tailor or customize process for project (if any)
Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for company processes.
Oversee the daily workflow and schedules of the department.

Have knowledge or have participated in implementing model- based software development processes following CMMI or ISO standards.
Has certificated in CSQA, Internal Auditor is advantage
Good English skills (at least Reading and Writing)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Have experience in software process or knowledge about software process in at least 2 year (Agile, Scrum is advantage).
