Process Quality Assurance Manager

Build and manage a team of 5- 10 members.
Consult and propose building frameworks to manage 50- 100 projects.
Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting on quality levels.
Collect data, create statistics, analyze and report data, and define company and project standards.
Consult with and propose to the BOD (Board of Directors) building a process suitable for current projects.
Monitor progress, identify and detect problems that may affect project progress.

Required Skills

Experience as a QA Leader/Manager in software outsourcing companies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent training skills.
Good knowledge of project management, software development processes, and methodologies like Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
Experience in process definition, project auditing, and improvement in the IT field.
Proficiency in CMMI, ISO 27001, with the ability to apply them to work.
Excellent logical thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent time management, planning, and document compilation skills.
Strong ability in data collection and analysis.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Language Skills

English – Fluent (Written & Oral)
Vietnamese – Fluent (Native)
