Process & Quality Engineer

EHS Activities:

· Coordinate with departments and staff to ensure EHS ·
Build projects to reduce CO2 emissions
Choose raw materials /additives that are safe for users ·
Create products that are safe to the environment and end- users ·

Quality management

Quality management from input materials, stages in the production process, and finished products to ensure product quality to satisfy customer requirements.
· Build and maintain quality management systems according to PQC pillar, ISO 9001, products meet international standards ASTM C1186 / TCVN 8258. ·
Develop control standards for raw materials/products to meet production processes and customer expectations. ·
Resolve customer complaints: internal SGBVN, external customer

Optimize production process

· Participate, find solutions to resolve product process and quality problems ( machines, material, process …) ·
Optimize production from selecting raw material sources, optimizing formulas, production parameters, improving/changing technology to achieve optimal production costs, minimize quality issues on product · Optimize energy use in production
Continuously improve process to improve production efficiency · Assist with Root Cause Failure Analysis investigations for losses in productivity and machine downtimes ·
Carry out testing of new products/new production processes as requested by superiors. Prepare test reports. · Provide process documentation and operating instructions. ·

Education & Experience:
Education: BS degree in silicat engineering is preferred; other technical degrees will be considered
Work Experience: At least 2 years in an equivalent or nearly equivalent position ( It is acceptable to just graduate but have high academic achievements )
