Procure-To-Pay (PTP) Team Lead (Hybrid)

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize spending and supplier management.
Monitor the procurement system for compliance with contractual agreements and budgets.
Oversee and manage the entire procure- to- pay process within the organization to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Lead a team of procurement and accounts payable professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and development.
Ensure that the team adheres to financial policies and legislation.
Prepare and present reports on procurement and payment activities to senior management.
Collaborate with various departments, including finance and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration and operation of procurement and payment systems.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and handle issues and disputes.
