Procurement Analyst

PCO compared to PO price weekly checks at 2 sites: Conduct checking price on PO matching with effective price on PCO/PIS approved;
Tracking Extend Payment term and reduce vendor leadtime: Collaborate with Sourcing member to caculate the working capital free up through extend payment term and reduce vendor lead time.
Weekly RTW (Indirect and Direct Material) tracking: Collaborate with Sourcing/ Indirect purchasing member to evaluate the saving amount of Projects on RTW report, follow to track the process of project;
Tracking TOP Category Movement (PCO/PIS) at 2 sites: Analyze the raw material price trend through PCO/PIS approved every week;

Education and Experience

Good command of English language (4 skills)
At least 1 year experience in business planning and analysis, with knowledge of Purchasing and Supply Chain an advantage
Male/ Female who are interested in procurement analysis and graduated with Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Accounting or Finance, etc.
