Procurement Buyer (Chuyên viên thu mua)

Maintain updated and complete records of Supplier list and deals.
Work with 03rd party related to orders (BOC, PM..)
Ensure information are recorded in IMT/P3 system correctly and accurately.
Create accurate and timely Purchase Orders based on deal information provided by the Stakeholders.
Resolve operational concerns (block transaction, deliveries, claims, etc.)
Assist procurement manager to screen and accredit suppliers.
Follow up deliveries and solve all the problem relating to supplier’s performance, delivery,…
Coordinate with others to implement Source to Purchase best practices.
Coordinate with Procurement manager and others to implement Supplier Excelent.
Monitor supplier performance and communicate key issues to Stakeholders.
Spot buy sourcing for Key services/ Techinical requests.

• Consultative, constructive problem- solving approach.
• Patient and calm in pressurized situations.
• At least 4 years experience of relevant position.
• Proficient English (both speaking and writing) is a plus.
• Bachelor of Law (Major: Foreign Trade, Economics (Services/ Office/ Building/ Banks)
