Procurement Coordinator

Other General Coordination for the Project as required or assigned by superior
Expediting and Control of Procurement status
Reviewing prices and product specifications
Clarification with vendors
Creating and maintaining purchasing files and Vendors list
Verification on vendors’ qualifications and its related documents
Preparing purchase orders for the material/items/equipment required for the LSP Project
Investigating local vendors (related to EPC works)

Fluent in English
Mature, self-motivated, good communication and analytical skills, able to work independently and to meet tight deadline
Good understanding & knowledges in local procurement process and Contractual issues
Ability to work under high pressure and strong presentation skills.
Working effectively with and through others
Excellent in MS offices, especially in Excel
Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility, with good attention to details and number sensitive
Over 3 years of experience in similar or related area
Proactive and business minded, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
