Procurement Engineer

- Take care Material control at Site, ensure List of Equipment & Materials following contract & ready for Installation.
- Providing support/assistance to Procurement Manager for contract management (such as procedural clarifications, negotiation meeting, disputes, contractual changes, etc.)
- Liaise with forwarding agents and Site team to ensure timely delivery of the goods to destination.
- Coordinate with Civil team, Engineering team and Supplier to ensure quality of works (according to contract) during vendor installation, commissioning.
- Local procurement at Site for consumable material.
- Coordinate with vendor to provide/record and payment when finishing contract.
- Reviewing any requests for changes to the contract and assesses any disputes that might arise during contract execution phase and applicability under the terms of the contract

- 3 years’ experience in the Project procurement.
- Irreproachable Integrity and transparency.
- Willing to business travel.
- Bachelor&039;s Degree in Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Direct communication
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
