Procurement Engineer

- Dept.: Procurement- Position: Procurement engineer- Quantity: 1- Job location: Ho Chi Minh city office Job description:- Procure equipment, tools, spare parts, chemical and services... for Opertation & Maintenance activities and others under supervision.- Cooperate with relevant departments to make purchases at prices consistent with quality, quantity and delivery requirements, solve problems occur if any.- Negotiate best commercial terms: price, payment term, warranty, delivery time, added services...- Develop vendor for the assigned categories, maintain relationship with existing vendors & internal departments while effectively resolve vendor performance.- Monitor delivery, follow payment to vendors.- Input data, prepare reports as requested.- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

- Education Background: University/ College- Age: 22- 24- Skills: English Communication- Gender: Female- Working Experience: Under 1 year ; From 1 to 2 yearsOthers preferred:- Negotiation skills- Ability to work under pressure, independently and as a team.
