Procurement Executive

Assess tenders and quotations from potential suppliers
Research and proceed with cost-saving initiatives that are possible
Ensure the continuous supply of required goods and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations
Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery, or invoice issues
Source and purchase warehouse equipment, office item, packaging material in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets
Deliver briefs, updates, and reports as and when required

Yêu cầu công việc

Contract management and inventory management experience.
Strong negotiation, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
At least 1-2 year purchasing experience, preferably within service fields.
Hard-working, integrity and able to work well under pressure.
Computer literate, to include advanced Excel skills; candidates with good English. communication/ ERP experience is preferable.
