Procurement Executive (MRO)

Nurture relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the company.
Identify and research potential new suppliers.
Manage and review documents for the procurement of all supplies to ensure compliance with the Company Policies, Procurement Policy and SOPs.
Manage the day- to- day operations of the procurement process
Resolving supplier problems related to quality, performance, and service level.
Identifying and certifying alternative suppliers to mitigate supply disruption risks.
Responsible for ensuring follow up records are maintained and documented from origination through completion.
Assesses total costs of company purchases.
Liaise with stakeholders to determine their desire and product needs
Conduct and manage the process for the evaluations of proposals, offers and bids in accordance with internal policy and external local regulatory process while selecting the best supplier.

Analytical and critical thinking, problem- solving skills
Good knowledge of customs and government regulations: import & export, taxes, commercial laws and economic contract; and merchandise
Integrity, honest, cautious, straightforward, diligent, detail attention
Familiar in procurement process for indirect materials, supplier performance management, contract management and negotiation skills
Communicate well in English
Able to work under pressure, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment
Committed – always demonstrate ‘Can Do’ attitude, self- learning, self- improvement, big- picture and long- term thinking.
Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other working Apps
At least 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role; preferably in F&B industry & foreign invested companies
Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Foreign Trade/Business Administration
Resourceful, self- driven, proactive and independent person
Technical knowledge is preferable

Working hour: from Monday to Friday (8h00- 12h00,13h00- 17h00)
