Procurement Executive (Non - Food Exp)

WHAT YOU&039;LL DO

Acts as Business Partner to all stake holders within HAN and at assigned Business Unit and align amongst
Partner with Legal, Finance team to draft, negotiate and execute contracts
Work with IT and Procurement Manager to configure procurement technologies to support reporting and governance needs
Work with the HAN procurement team to input into and develop core Procurement cycle at outlet level and group level for all relevant Business Units
Develops, together with the procurement operations team, the procurement services lines and at assigned Business Unit
Owner of outlet&039;s procurement operations processes such as Procurement to Pay (P2P), Contract Management, Supplier performance
Work with Strategic Procurement leadership to provide reporting and implementation assistance for category management and strategic sourcing efforts when necessary.
Develops and manages reporting, benchmarking, and analytics to support the group procurement function particularly around spend categories, contract compliance, Procurement performance, supplier scorecards, and financial health

WHAT&039;S IDEAL TO US

2+ years of experience with sourcing, procurement operations, procurement consulting, or business systems / operations, logistics and supply chain (as a plus) with industry experience in construction, design & build
Work independently and under high pressure to meet required deadlines
Necessary characteristics and virtues: careful, meticulous, honest, sensitive
Good in data/figures and analytical & negotiation skills
Ability to interface at all levels of the organization to solve compliance problems and ensure transparency of all procurement activities
Experience in Non- Food procurement is a plus
Follow deadlines, integrity, disciplined, willing to learn and can- do attitude.
