Procurement Executive- Tam Kỳ, Quảng Nam

- Develop fabric/ thread/ accessories/ poly bag & carton based on Customers&039; requirements. Check and ensure accurate information on Trim card before placing the order to supplier.
- Ensure that suppliers receive all needed information to proceed orders aligning with procurement process. Make sure suppliers update reports and submit all invoices to finance team on time.
- Make stitching down to get approval from Buyers.
- Work with suppliers to negotiate on the price and delivery to get materials in house on time with correct quality and quantity at the best price. Follow up with forwarders and suppliers to arrange the shipment on time.
- Solve issues related to raw materials in production process by replying and responding emails within 24 hours.
- Allocate fabric quantity per style/ sale order and send to Warehouse for making GRN when fabric in- house. Work with supplier to settle fabric shortage quantity/ fabric color shading/ quality issues timely when getting information from Warehouse.
- Receive Purchase Orders (PO) creation confirmation from data team, check and post PO, then send PO to suppliers. Collect full information (Delivery report, Bill of Material/ Tech pack, detail fabric chart) to prepare fabric follow chart.
- Coordinate with Industrial Engineering team to get consumption for raw materials to ensure order quantity enough to fullfill the sales order which minimize the left over. Any leftover will be managed to utilize in the repeated/ new orders.
- Update Critical Path (CP) chart to Planning team and highlight if any change on OTT.

- Bachelor&039;s Degree in Apparel Merchandising, Garment Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Management skills, time management skills, negotiation skills, problem solving skills, customer service skills
- Knowledge in Garment Manufacturing Process, Merchandising Manual, Customers’ requirement, and Logistics
- Good communication skills, MS Office skills
- Minimum of 3 years&039; experience in similar capacity.
